Works on Paper is an exhibition of artworks in various media and styles on a paper support. Paper is one of the first support media we are introduced to as children and paper continues to support artists throughout their practice.
Two of my painting will be in the show, it is a series called "LIFE AND FATE". This name is come from a novel by Russian author Vasily Grossman. It is an epic tale of World War II and a profound reckoning with the dark forces that dominated the human history.
Work on Paper exhibition is held from January 10 to 22, 2017 at 1241 Cartwright Street (Federation Gallery) on Granville Island Vancouver.
